What is your turnaround time?

Raw images are returned to the customer 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) from when they were taken.

Turnaround time is 7-10 business days (Monday- Friday) after you (the client) have selected the images you wish to be retouched.

If you are purchasing additional edits, your turnaround will start once you have made the payment on the additional edits.

Cancel/Rescheduling

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule a shoot, please do so 48 hours prior to your shoot.

Time and Arrival

Please arrive at your shoot on time. There is a 10 minute grace period.

After that, between 11 and 30 minutes, there will be a $25 charge. After 30 minutes, your shoot will be CANCELLED.

Traveling

Yes, I do travel. Of course, fees will apply. Contact me for more information!

Do packages include the RAW images?

Yes, all packages include the RAW images.

What is Included in Retouching?

Blemish Removal, Light Correction, Stray Hair removal, and Backdrop Cleanup(Studio Shoots)

Where do I send the remainder of the payment?

The remainder of the payment will be made on the day of the shoot via Cashapp, Zelle, Apple Pay or in Cash:
